About Us

At Dykes Property Consultants we have 30 years commercial property experience dealing with the acquisition, sales, lettings, lease renewals and restructuring and rent reviews of shops, offices and warehousing. We have substantial involvement in the sale and purchase of residential and commercial development sites, and acquisition of electric charging stations.

Our Team

Greg’s experience has been gained mainly on the client’s side as a Landlord with Taylor Woodrow Property Company and City Site Estates PLC, and latterly working as a country wide Asset Manager for German and Swiss open ended pension funds, where he managed and let high value buildings in key UK regional cities, as well as London City and West End locations.

Following 5 years working as a Director with Griffin Webster, a general practise surveying firm, Dykes Property Consultants has been formed with the aim to continue providing a personal and effective lettings and sales service on behalf of their clients.

Our focus is to provide a hands on and personal service to our clients and we look forward to working closely with you to achieve your goals.

When not in the office Greg, can be found on the golf course or exercising his three bulldogs in the countryside.
